The North Carolina State Ports Authority welcomed a new Board of Directors Chair at this month's board meeting. Chair Susan Rabon has served as a member of the board for several years and was appointed by Governor Roy Cooper. She is currently the part owner, Director and Vice-President of Commonwealth Home Health Care and Commonwealth Document Management.
Chair Rabon previously retired from the State of North Carolina after serving as a Commissioner on the North Carolina Utilities Commission. She also served as the Senior Assistant for Administration for the Governor’s Office and Deputy Attorney for Administration for the North Carolina Department of Justice.
We are thrilled that Chair Rabon is serving in this new capacity and our senior management team looks forward to her leadership and guidance in the years ahead.
